This January Roc ACTS held its first facilitator training for Sacred Conversations on Race+Action. Sacred Conversations was started by congregations in response to the shooting of Mike Brown and the recognition from our spiritual leaders that something must be done to address the racial tensions and structural racial inequalities in America.
This year, we have 13 new facilitators ready to expand our reach and bring together communities through brave conversations on race and the actions we will take to bring about radical equality and the much needed
structural changes to our communities.
